ON OUR WAY

Yes the day has finally arrived, finished tiling the kitchen at 11 0clock, made our way to the railway station via chuffers a particually exclusive little drinking hole in Felixstowe where all the international travellers are renowned for visiting, leaving on the 1356 train which surprisingly enough was on time. Many thanks to all the friends and family who turned up to see us off (or make sure that we did leave) hope the car is alright Charlotte & Jamie, and is the house finished yet Oliver & Stephanie !!!!. The London underground was negotiated after a sligthly faltering start when Jan tried to put her ticket in one machine and then tried to walk through the next turnstile to which of course would not let her pass!!!! oh what a joy she's going to be.

Now we are here slumming it in the big city in a little Novotel which consist of lots of floors and we seem to be the furthest from the reception area might have to leave very early in the morning to allow for travel time to get back to reception I think its the same height as Everest base camp!!! or that's what my legs were telling me.

Tomorrow its load the truck and make for Dover and a 12 o'clock ferry crossing we will update when we can so until then bye for now all the best,

Vince & Jan

Have a great trip, Graham, Val, Debbie and myself have also been testing out the local watering hole tonight. As a fellow tester I can vouch for the Adnams, an excelent pint of broadside (or two)!!
Will catch up soon after you have got used to the canvas,(could be frosty here tonight, good luck).

Health advice: Remember, if you look like your passport photo you're too ill to travel.

Hoping it never gets to that stage, have a fantastical time.
